How to Measure

Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest point).
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8" below the waist.
Lehenga Length: From your natural waist to where you'd like the hem to fall.

This apple-cut kurta was drawn from a jewellery box. The necklace sits below a plain collar, worked heavy across the yoke and dropping to a pendant at the centre in emerald green and red stones set through gold-silver in the jadau manner, white pearls threaded between. The sleeves take a bajuband and the pant hem wears a payal. Brick ochre throughout in dupion satin.
